Refund & Returns Policy
Our policy for returns, refunds, and damaged or incorrect orders.

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products (research peptides), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. We ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Evidence must include: clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s), the packaging, and the delivery label.
3. Missing Orders
If your tracked order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery depot first. If the item cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the courier.
4. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or methods.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for: opened products, products not stored correctly after receipt, products ordered in error (wrong compound, wrong size), or orders where the delivery address was entered incorrectly.
