Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £5.99, or free on orders over £75.

Express Next Day Delivery: £9.99. Order before 2:00pm for next working day delivery. Not available on weekends.

Orders over £75 (after any discounts) qualify for free standard delivery. This is applied automatically at checkout.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, company name, or product description visible on the outside of any parcel. We take your privacy seriously.

Peptides are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials to maintain integrity during transit.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are based outside the UK, please do not place an order as we cannot fulfil it.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local depot for up to 7 days. If uncollected, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
